Great place with free wi-fi, a cozy bar/lounge, and a leisure room. The staff helped me with technical issues during my first stay. Highly recommend for a relaxing escape. I'll definitely be back for the new year!

Avoid if possible!
Arrived and paid upfront without checking the room first. What a shock! There were tissues everywhere, even in the beds, and the shower had sand in it. Gross! We skedaddled out of there right away and asked for our money back. The bar area looked nice though. Really expected better.

I stayed for 2 nights and really loved the games room for the kids and the cozy, warm atmosphere, but the beds were quite old and really uncomfortable.

Had a cheeky bite at Tony's Grill, and mate, their burgers are proper lush! Plus, the Blackpool Resort Coffee Lounge is a gem for a caffeine fix. the staff were sound if you needed anything.
The whole place is crying out for a refurb, old furniture and dodgy bathrooms. The ceilings are more patchwork than plaster, and don’t get me started on the dirty carpets. Definitely not a posh experience!

It was just an appropriate option for a brief stopover in Blackpool with reasonable value. The owners were incredibly accommodating. Just be sure to confirm your room amenities beforehand.
